It has been a while since we got into our favourite restaurant, Bistrot Pierre. Our last visit was to their Weston-super-Mare branch and since the Bath branch closed after a long struggle with the Pandemic hitting the F&B sector, we finally got our chance.

This wasn’t our first time to Bistrot Pierre and won’t be our last. We have been to Bistrot Pierre in Bath a number of times and have never been let down. The food tastes great, with good portions and is reasonably priced.

We found a nice little place by the river off Newbridge Road called the Boathouse. It was a weekday evening and the place was relatively quiet.

One lazy evening, we decided to dine out at Bill’s on Cheap Street, Bath. We were always intrigued by the interior and how the place seems packed at lunchtime. I had half a bird with sweet potato chips and curried coleslaw, tasty but a little under cooked.

We have always been fans of Miller and Carter and when they opened in Bath, we couldn’t wait to get in. After a long week, we were there one evening for dinner. We had the starter platter to share followed by our meals.

Our favourite French restaurant in Weston-super-Mare is housed in a building right next to the beach. The two storey circular building offers a vista of the beach and the Grand Pier.

Unless you are a frequent flyer, its not often that you dine in an airport. Airport food are often unimaginative, overpriced and overrated but Oriel Grande Brasserie proved us wrong.

Situated at the Southgate shopping venue at the heart of Bath, Comptoir Libanais or literally translates to Lebanese Counter, is a restaurant laid out in a food canteen fashion offering healthy wholesome Middle East cuisine in a cosy yet vibrant environment featuring vintage movie posters, of the amazing Arabic actress, Sirine Jamal al Dine.
